Compensation: $42 – $49 per hour

What you will do

• Manage accounts receivable and collections, including dunning process management.
• Support accounts payable and perform credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing, including FP&A reporting and financial analysis.
• Execute month-end commissions processing with high accuracy on short time-tables.
• Support the preparation and execution of audits.
• Handle ad hoc finance tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience across AR, AP, commissions, and FP&A.
• Experience with Xero, Rillet, or similar accounting platforms.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada in the Eastern or Central Timezones.
• Ability to manage workstreams independently and deliver reliably.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
