Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Architect production-level ML & AI workloads, including agents, end-to-end pipelines, and training/inference optimization.
• Serve as a technical practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions, including RAG, agentic systems, and AI observability.
• Scale and optimize customer AI workloads using best-in-class MLOps practices.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the sales process.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in ML Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, and deployment tools like HuggingFace or Langchain.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
• Strong communication skills for teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences.
