What you will do

  • Manage and evolve Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs across brands using Qualtrics.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot survey workflows, automations, and CRM integrations.
  • Design and launch ad hoc research projects in partnership with marketing and product teams.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative findings to identify trends and actionable customer insights.
  • Create professional reports and presentations to communicate recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help stakeholders interpret research results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a similar analyst role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Qualtrics, including survey programming and platform integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize research data into business-focused recommendations.
  • Confidence in creating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders in a consultative manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
