What you will do

• Develop production-quality agents, integrations, and data pipelines within customer codebases using hirify.global ADP.
• Design and own the technical approach for engagements, ensuring clean, documented, and maintainable production handoffs.
• Act as the primary hirify.global technical voice, collaborating daily with customer architects and engineering teams.
• Rapidly orient to unfamiliar codebases and data environments to build extensions without disrupting existing systems.
• Identify recurring customer needs and patterns to provide critical feedback to Product and Engineering for feature productization.

Requirements

• Proven depth in writing production software, specifically backend systems, APIs, or data pipelines.
• Practical experience building agents and working with LLM APIs in production environments.
• Ability to read, understand, and extend unfamiliar codebases under constraints.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills to partner with technical leads and architects.
• Must be based in the US or UK.
• Ability to travel 30–50% during active engagements.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in forward-deployed engineering roles (e.g., Palantir, Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe).
• Background in streaming or real-time data systems such as Kafka, Flink, or hirify.global.
• Experience working in air-gapped environments or regulated industries like financial services and healthcare.
• Experience managing customer engagements end-to-end independently.
