What you will do

• Build and maintain the full P&L structure for the new business direction.
• Develop methodologies for cost allocation across traffic channels and projects.
• Own unit economics analysis, including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare regular financial reporting, including cash flow and key business KPIs.
• Coordinate with Treasury on funding requests, budget limits, and liquidity control.
• Provide financial expertise for campaign planning and pricing strategy development.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, management accounting, or FP&A within digital or traffic-based environments.
• Strong expertise in P&L ownership, budgeting, financial modeling, and cash flow planning.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic finance business partner.
• English and Russian: Upper-Intermediate level required.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cohort analysis and marketing analytics.
• SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA.
• Experience in startup or rapidly scaling business environments.
