What you will do

• Design and deliver enterprise Power BI analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Create optimized dataflows and complex calculations using Tabular Editor, Power Query, and DAX.
• Apply human-centered design (HCD) and WCAG accessibility standards to ensure inclusive analytics.
• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to translate business questions into technical analytics solutions.
• Implement security and governance controls, including Row Level Security (RLS) and role-based access.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training to drive client adoption of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, UX Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI (semantic modeling, DAX, optimization).
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and proficiency with SQL or equivalent query languages.
• Demonstrated application of human-centered design principles in visualization solutions.
• Experience in consulting or enterprise delivery environments with direct client engagement.
• Eligible to work in environments handling sensitive government or healthcare data (background check may be required).

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL 300).
• Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP 600).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, or Azure Databricks.
• Advanced proficiency with Tabular Editor and semantic model lifecycle management.
• Experience creating custom visuals using Deneb or similar frameworks.
