What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IT operations including user support, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
• Administer corporate IT infrastructure including servers, cloud services, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows, asset tracking, and access control processes.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Partner with leadership on compliance initiatives, security audits, and operational risk reduction.
• Troubleshoot escalated IT issues and provide hands-on technical support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure management.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible for government security clearance.
• Experience managing corporate IT systems in Linux and macOS environments.
• Demonstrable experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices including MFA, EDR, and patch management.
• Experience supporting engineering or technical organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, or security-sensitive industries.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
• Exposure to DevSecOps, CI/CD infrastructure, and software engineering workflows.
