What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable RESTful web services using a microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and features.
• Promote and implement test automation, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Mentor junior colleagues and participate in code reviews and pair programming.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with Python; Java/Spring experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of complex architectural landscapes and microservices.
• Proven experience with DevOps tools, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and AWS.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on TDD and high-quality code delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
