What you will do

• Commission and edit global long-form features, interviews, and columns from freelance writers.
• Write original property reports, interviews, and trend pieces.
• Coordinate with picture editors, designers, and graphics teams for cross-platform presentation.
• Contribute to the H&H Unlocked weekly newsletter.
• Collaborate on planning the H&H stage at the FTW festival.
• Manage and introduce new writers and edit established columnists.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior editor in newspapers or magazines.
• Deep knowledge of international property markets, architecture, sustainability, interiors, and gardening.
• Proven ability to commission imaginative stories and juggle forward planning with news-reactive content.
• Experience curating and chairing live panel events.
• Ability to work with agility in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to London for a minimum of three days per week onsite.
