What you will do

• Monitor and analyze the external risk environment, including emerging ICT and operational threats.
• Contribute to the identification of risk scenarios related to cyber threats, AI, and geopolitical developments.
• Assist in reviewing and updating local operational and ICT risk profiles across hirify.global entities.
• Enhance ICT risk management processes, methodologies, and reporting tools.
• Support the coordination of crisis management and resilience exercises, including documentation and follow-up.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Risk Management, European/International Affairs, or related fields.
• Languages: Fluent in both French and English is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Competencies: Proactive, autonomous, and capable of working effectively in an international environment.
• Availability: Must provide information about work-study schedule in the application.
