What you will do

• Define and deploy the global security strategy and organizational structures to ensure effective execution.
• Identify, assess, and map risks, translating findings into actionable business continuity and crisis management plans.
• Own the Information Security Policy (ISSP) and maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications.
• Build and operate robust incident response capabilities and conduct multi-vector compromise simulations.
• Foster a security-first culture through awareness programs and partner with Labs teams on DevSecOps and secure coding.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information systems security, ideally within a SaaS or large-scale digital platform environment.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English is required.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining security standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS.
• Deep command of information security concepts, risk management, and cloud environment security.
• Strong executive-level communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives autonomously.
