What you will do

• Support sales partners in designing solutions that integrate hirify.global technology into Workday.
• Build and design apps using Workday Extend.
• Serve as a functional advisor on Workday HCM configuration, business rules, and data structures.
• Analyze the impact of configuration choices on modules such as Recruiting, Performance, Talent, and Career Hub.
• Translate functional requirements into practical, scalable technical architecture.
• Participate in client scoping workshops and sales pursuits.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Workday HCM configuration and business processes.
• Experience with Workday Extend and integration design.
