TL;DR
Workday Consultant: Implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday HCM solutions for global customers with an accent on functional design, process optimization, and end-user training. Location: Manchester, with willingness to travel to customer sites and attend global events

What you will do
- Implement and configure Workday solutions tailored to client needs, building strong customer relationships.
- Train end-users and participate in all phases of implementations as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
- Challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Translate business requirements into feasible Workday configurations and advise on best practices.
- Contribute to developing propositions to grow the business.
Requirements
- Workday HCM Certification OR UK Payroll Certification (active and verified).
- Proven experience in Workday implementations across multiple clients or industries.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and Workday Methodology.
- Experience across project lifecycle: workshop facilitation, design documents, UAT, end-user training.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and time management skills in English.
Nice to have
- Workday Absence Certification.
- Experience with other Workday modules (Time Tracking, Compensation, Reporting, Integration).
- Workday Core HCM or other module certifications (Absence/Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Performance/Talent).
