TL;DR

Dayforce Implementation Senior Consultant (Dayforce HCM): Lead end-to-end implementations of Dayforce across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules with an accent on configuration, testing, data migration, and client advisory. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable workflows, conducting gap analysis, and optimizing post-go-live performance.

Location: Port Louis, flexible/remote work environment depending on client needs with occasional travel for workshops or go-live support.

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle Dayforce implementations from discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
  • Configure modules like HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Scheduling, and WFM according to client needs and best practices.
  • Perform gap analysis, data migration, and recommend process improvements or enhancements.
  • Manage client relationships, facilitate workshops, training, and provide expertise on Dayforce functionality.
  • Collaborate on project plans, integrations with external systems, and documentation of requirements and guides.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years hands-on experience implementing Dayforce.
  • Strong expertise in at least two Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, HR, WFM).
  • Proven client-facing implementation project leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of HR, payroll operations, compliance, and workforce management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Dayforce module certifications.
  • Experience in consulting firm or fast-paced implementations.
  • Knowledge of UK & EMEA payroll regulations and tax rules.
  • Data migration and HCM integrations experience.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile).
