What you will do

• Configure and enhance Core HCM, including job profiles, supervisory organizations, positions, and custom objects.
• Optimize Business Processes (BPs), including routing, condition rules, notifications, and validations.
• Deliver technical solutions for Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Journey, and Peakon modules.
• Design and build Workday dashboards, scorecards, datasets, and advanced calculated fields.
• Build and maintain Core Connectors, EIBs, and API integrations, managing schedules and authentication.
• Manage security configuration, create access roles, and produce audit reports and security evidence.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on Workday experience (Workday Pro Certification preferred).
• Strong configuration capability in HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence modules.
• Proven experience building reports and working with Integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, and RaaS).
• Solid understanding of Workday Architecture.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Workday Web Services, XML, JSON, and data mapping.
• Experience working within global or multi-country environments.
