What you will do

• Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media.
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma.
• Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets.
• Support web design with wireframes and layouts.
• Create internal marketing assets including case studies and visual narratives.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source® creative OS.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3–5+ years of professional design experience in agency, in-house, or freelance settings.
• Advanced Figma fluency including components, responsive systems, and prototyping.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive approach to work.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows such as Midjourney.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or motion design.
• Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or system-based design ops.
• Experience working inside brand systems or creative platforms.
