What you will do
- Manage HCP engagements, including qualifying consultants, analyzing fair market value, and handling contracting and reporting.
- Administer automated workflow tools for HCP interaction management, providing necessary training and troubleshooting.
- Review and approve funding requests for commercial sponsorships, educational grants, and charitable contributions.
- Perform regulatory analysis to monitor industry laws and assess their impact on the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and training programs for employees.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring resolution of audit findings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant compliance experience (5+ years preferred).
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or substantially equivalent work experience.
- Must be located in Austin, Texas.
- Strongly preferred professional focus on Life Sciences or Medical Device compliance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to various offices globally.
Nice to have
- Experience managing HCP interactions specifically within the orthopedic industry.
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Background in auditing, monitoring, quality, regulatory, or paralegal work.
