Senior Fullstack Developer (Next.js)

Location: Remote (Ukraine, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain). Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do

• Take ownership of core product components from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with the Product team to design scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Lead code reviews and ensure best practices are implemented across the team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster professional growth.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines, development workflows, and system stability.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall full-stack application development experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern React.
• Experience leading small teams in a continuous deployment environment.
• Proficiency with Docker, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, Cloudflare), PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Must be based within ± 4 hours of the Central European Time (CET) zone.

Nice to have

• Experience in D2C SaaS products.
• Exposure to performance marketing, customer funnel optimization, or rapid MVP cycles.
• Familiarity with Payload CMS.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
