New Engineering Roles - Dubai or remote based 🇦🇪
I’m working with an early-stage AI infrastructure startup building an agent deployment platform, and they’re looking to hire two senior engineers.
1️⃣ Senior Platform Engineer (Memory)
– 5+ years building and operating backend or platform systems.
– Experienced with Memory models / Graph databases (Neo4j, etc.) or knowledge graph construction
– Familiarity with agent frameworks and LLM tooling — you’ve built with at least one agent SDK or orchestration layer
– Hands-on experience with vector databases and/or embedding pipelines in production (not just prototypes)
2️⃣ Staff Platform Engineer (Infrastructure)
– 7+ years in infrastructure / platform / DevOps-heavy roles.
– Experienced in building platforms from the ground up: architecture, scale, deployment, and reliability as customers push real agent workloads through it.
– You’ll work primarily in AWS, make foundational technical decisions, and build the infra for distributed, production LLM/agent systems.
