What you will do

• Design and develop robust functionality following established coding standards.
• Write clean, maintainable Java code and perform thorough code reviews.
• Develop and maintain RESTful applications using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate in a self-organizing agile team to build and run services on-premises and in the cloud.
• Review and refactor existing code to enhance platform performance and operability.
• Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience using Java.
• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Strong proficiency in developing RESTful applications with Spring Boot.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience developing in a microservices architecture using Docker.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Maven and Jenkins.
