What you will do

• Conduct literature research, patent analysis, and competitive landscaping.
• Identify and test new raw materials from suppliers within the fragrance category context.
• Formulate cosmetic products such as body lotions, shower gels, and EDTs.
• Develop and deliver prototypes for new fragrance chassis meeting consumer and marketing needs.
• Ensure technical feasibility regarding stability, microbiology, safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare samples and produce weekly technical reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Materials Science.
• Previous working experience in a laboratory environment.
• Skills in product formulation and technical evaluation.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Rigorous, organized, and results-oriented approach to work.
