TL;DR
Junior Cybersecurity Analyst (Microsoft Sentinel/Defender): Monitoring and triaging security events, supporting incident response, and developing expertise in Microsoft cloud security tools with an accent on SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, and client communication. Focus on analyzing alerts, escalating complex incidents, executing response playbooks, and improving security workflows and knowledge bases.
Location: Poland; remote work arrangement. A valid visa for Poland is required.

What you will do
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft 365 Defender.
- Perform initial incident triage and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support incident response, documentation, and playbook execution.
- Develop and update response workflows and security knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with global SOC teams and communicate clearly with clients.
- Learn and experiment with new security tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Junior-level experience in a similar cybersecurity role, preferably with direct client exposure.
- Basic understanding of cloud security, SIEM, and SOAR tools, including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Familiarity with Windows Security, Office 365, and threat intelligence concepts.
- Fluent or professional Polish and English, both written and verbal.
- Valid visa for Poland.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, curiosity, independent learning ability, teamwork, and ownership.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-500, ITIL Foundation, or CompTIA Security+.
