What you will do

• Execute content operations and support workflows during live sports events and high-volume periods.
• Perform quality checks on visuals, copy, metadata, links, and brand consistency.
• Triage support requests by gathering evidence and identifying root causes.
• Use AI and internal tools to accelerate checks, data inspection, and process repeatability.
• Maintain clear incident notes, support updates, and QA records.
• Collaborate with product and client-facing teams to improve checklists and playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding text, visuals, and structured data.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
• High agency and strong judgment under pressure.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in content QA, customer support, or live operations.
• Background in editorial, proofreading, or moderation.
• Exposure to SaaS, sports media production, or CMS tools.
• Proven ability to improve checklists or support processes.
