TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design, build, and deploy integrations across enterprise systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Okta.
  • Own and operate the MCP Gateway as a central AI integration platform, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, RAG, and function calling.
  • Implement solutions via iPaaS tools or custom APIs using Python and Node.js.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence through robust logging, alerting, and incident response.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrations, MIS, or systems engineering within SaaS environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js/TypeScript).
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Make.
  • Deep understanding of API security, OAuth, and enterprise compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions using an MVP-first, iterative approach.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows and LLM orchestration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MCP or API mediation layers.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures or data pipelines.
  • Relevant certifications in Okta, Salesforce, or Workato.
