What you will do

• Manage billing processes and invoice tracking.
• Handle accounts receivable and monitor payment status.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices via email and phone.
• Work to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Must be based in Berlin.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in customer outreach.
• Ability to work carefully and reliably with numbers and systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
