What you will do

• Lead live, interactive training sessions and workshops for experienced data practitioners.
• Develop core educational content, including lessons, manuals, guides, and assessments.
• Define strategic topic priorities and decompose mathematical skills into competency maps and learning roadmaps.
• Create practical coding exercises and derivation walkthroughs using NumPy, SciPy, and PyTorch.
• Review course structures and content for technical accuracy and practical industry relevance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure alignment between asynchronous and live content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, ML engineering, or applied mathematics.
• Deep expertise in linear algebra, numerical methods, or mathematical optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and the mathematical computing stack (NumPy, SciPy, PyTorch or JAX).
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Russian or Spanish.
• Track record in engineering advocacy, tech leadership, conference speaking, or mentoring.
