What you will do

• Develop and present recommendations for process improvements and operational change.

• Assess changes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
• Challenge risk and control assessments to strengthen internal compliance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in documenting, analyzing, and enhancing business processes and workflows within operational or asset management environments.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and communicate them through documentation and visual diagrams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at the executive level.
• Proven success collaborating with subject matter experts to translate requirements into structured documentation.
