TL;DR

Digital Designer (UX/UI & Conversion Focus) (E-commerce): Designing and optimizing high-performing landing pages and user journeys for a leading web hosting platform with an accent on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data-driven iteration. Focus on reducing friction in user flows, executing A/B tests, and translating business goals into production-ready visual assets.

Location: Hybrid role based in Malmö, Amsterdam, or Copenhagen

What you will do

  • Design and optimize landing pages, storefront pages, and campaign assets.
  • Improve user journeys by reducing friction and increasing clarity.
  • Drive CRO initiatives through continuous testing, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Develop production-ready designs and assets using Figma.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.
  • Balance branding and usability with commercial performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer in e-commerce, marketing, or SaaS environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., GA, Hotjar, VWO, ContentSquare).
  • Strong understanding of conversion principles and user-centric design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • English: Excellent communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from offices in Malmö, Amsterdam, or Copenhagen.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for paid media or acquisition funnels.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Interest in branding, art direction, or visual storytelling.
