What you will do

• Collaborate with UX designers, artists, and researchers to deliver high-quality player experiences.
• Develop shared tooling and frameworks to streamline feature development.
• Own UX design for game features while maintaining existing systems.
• Implement UI features in Unreal Engine, bridging design intent with technical execution.
• Identify experience gaps and drive proactive improvements through systematic design.
• Foster a studio-wide culture of design sharing, feedback, and critique.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong C++ foundations and technical mindset.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms including PC, console, or mobile.
• Systematic approach to design with a focus on scalability and edge cases.
• Passion for player-centered design and game interactions.
• English proficiency required for application.
