What you will do

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization.
• Define end-to-end system architecture integrating Dynamics with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Develop and maintain ETL data processes to move and transform data across different systems.
• Extend Dynamics capabilities via advanced customization, plugins, and custom-coded applications using .NET, C#, and Azure.
• Architect solutions supporting call center operations, including case management and omnichannel engagement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and building enterprise software solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Call Center) and the Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in building custom applications using .NET, C#, Azure services, and APIs.
• Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other ETL platforms.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on complex implementations.
• Must live in the continental United States only.
