What you will do

• Execute and schedule content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky using SproutSocial.
• Develop and implement social media initiatives to increase brand awareness in NORAM and EMEA markets.
• Produce technical social posts, stories, and graphics briefs that simplify complex observability concepts.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring comments and DMs according to brand voice guidelines.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, and DevRel teams to coordinate campaigns and live event coverage.
• Curate shareable content and support the onboarding of advocates for the EveryoneSocial program.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for B2B tech, SaaS, or developer-focused companies.
• Proven track record of growing brand accounts on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky.
• Hands-on experience with Sprout Social or similar enterprise scheduling and analytics tools.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate highly technical concepts into social content.
• Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite for quick content wins.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and transform data into actionable content insights.
