What you will do

• Lead business-side data governance and stewardship for priority domains.
• Confirm Owners/Stewards, maintain business definitions and Critical Data Elements (CDEs), and facilitate steward forums.
• Align data practices with PDPO and SLHK data-risk requirements to maintain audit-ready evidence.
• Drive the usage and completeness of metadata and lineage tooling (e.g., SunSpark).
• Prioritize data quality (DQ) rules and scorecards, managing the issue backlog to closure.
• Develop and report KPIs and metrics to showcase governance compliance and improvement.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in Data Governance or Stewardship driving business adoption.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder facilitation.
• Familiarity with PDPO and data-risk themes.
• Experience with Metadata, Lineage, and DQ tooling.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Manila.
