TL;DR

Lead Product Analytics (Fintech): Owning the analytical and decision-making foundation for the X-Sell system with an accent on customer engagement, offer prioritisation, and recommendation logic. Focus on partnering with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to design scalable business logic and drive experimentation across the customer lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid work from one of our offices. Relocation support to one of our hubs is provided with full visa & permit support.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics for the X-Sell system, driving decisions across customer engagement and recommendation logic.
• Design the analytical framework for cross-sell and next-best-offer strategies.
• Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to define business requirements for recommendation models.
• Translate business goals into analytical tasks, defining success metrics and feature signals.
• Drive an experimentation culture through A/B testing and incremental optimization.
• Establish scalable processes and decision-making frameworks for cross-sell initiatives.

Requirements

• English proficiency (B1+) required for international collaboration.
• Experience with X-sell or similar products.
• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau or Superset.
