What you will do

• Build high-performing, scalable enterprise-grade ML/AI applications in cloud environments.
• Implement Machine Learning models into production in collaboration with Data Science and Cloud teams.
• Design, deliver, and manage industrialized processing pipelines and ML/AI automation for scale and efficiency.
• Define and implement best practices for the ML model life cycle and MLOps frameworks.
• Act as a Technical Leader on ML projects, defining tasks, guidelines, and evaluating results.
• Support and mentor the growth of junior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and model life-cycle architectures.
• Proficiency in Python for programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines.
• At least 4 years of experience in production-ready code development.
• Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on Azure ML and/or Databricks.
• Good understanding of Cloud concepts and architectures, preferably Azure.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with PySpark, Scala, R, or Java.
• Experience with orchestration tools like AirFlow, ADF, or Kubeflow.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).
