TL;DR
AI Architect (Enterprise AI): Develop and maintain AI architecture frameworks for enterprise applications with an accent on data strategy including data lakes and structures for AI algorithms. Location: Hybrid in Gdynia, Poland (office presence 3 days a week)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain AI architecture frameworks for enterprise applications
- Create data strategy with data lake and structures supporting AI algorithms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and build technical solutions
- Design machine learning pipelines, data ingestion, and model deployment strategies
- Ensure AI systems meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and mentor development teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI/ML architecture and solution design
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and AI services
- Experience with generative AI and large language models
- Expertise in data engineering, model lifecycle management, and MLOps
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines, data lake architectures, integration patterns, and APIs
- Experience implementing AI architecture in enterprise for operations, sales, or finance
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Implementation of MCP interfaces and AI agents
