What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable enterprise web applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional Agile teams including developers and testers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and demonstrate prototypes throughout the development process.
• Oversee the implementation of interfaces, access controls, data validation, and financial workflows.
• Ensure high standards of website security, accessibility, and performance across all deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with CMMI Level 3 software development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in web development using the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, XML, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of secure data transfer protocols like SFTP and web application security.
• Proven experience working within Agile teams and managing the full software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of role-based systems and financial or accounting-related application workflows.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA, MSIS, MCS).
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSD, MCAD, or MCPD.
