What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture for new features and system improvements.
• Drive modernization initiatives across the .NET ecosystem, including cloud readiness and modularization.
• Develop and maintain core product components using C#, WPF, WebAPI, and SQL Server.
• Oversee complex code reviews and guide refactoring efforts to ensure code quality.
• Mentor and coach developers across different seniority levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery and system reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a lead capacity.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET 8+.
• Solid experience with WPF, WebAPI, and SQL Server.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Understanding of architectural patterns like DDD and modular design.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IP management business domain.
• Experience with Azure and containerization.
• Proficiency in French or German.
