What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs with a focus on versioning and best practices.
• Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate on system integrations using established software design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows to enhance development efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil or Colombia
• Advanced English proficiency required
• Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production environments.
• Solid understanding of ADO.NET, SQL Server, and database performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, RESTful services, and XML serialization.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
