Senior Data Scientist/ML Engineer/Technical Project Leader/AI Advisor: Delivering AI/GenAI projects, advising on architecture, best practices, and leading technical teams with an accent on ensuring customer goals are met with technical vitality. Focus on researching solutions for common DS/AI project problems, defining guidelines, and staying updated with market trends.

Location: You can choose to work remotely or in the office.

What you will do

  • Deliver AI/GenAI projects, advising on architecture and best practices.
  • Lead technical teams and ensure customer goals are met.
  • Research and prepare solutions for common DS/AI project problems.
  • Develop DS&AI business through early-stage involvement and value proposition creation.
  • Evangelize hirify.global and its customers in the field of AI/ML.
  • Build and maintain relations with customers through close cooperation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expert knowledge in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Generative AI.
  • Ability to combine technical and business topics.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as consultant, advisor, or project manager.
  • Presentation skills and high ambition.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the CPG industry.
  • Experience in delivering AI advisory projects in areas of AI strategy, adoption, architecture, or governance.
  • Experience with business domains like Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
  • Experience with DS domains: classical ML, causality, A/B testing.
