What you will do

• Partner with product leadership to prioritize the product backlog and define delivery goals.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and external partners to identify and build critical card processing and fraud management features.
• Write detailed User Stories and Epics to guide engineering teams toward clear product goals.
• Manage the product implementation side of key third-party relationships.
• Create comprehensive product documentation for developers, clients, and banks to ensure alignment.
• Apply Agile methodologies to facilitate a disciplined and adaptive software development process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English is required.
• Proven experience managing complex product rollouts with multiple stakeholders at scale.
• Strong background working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal assistance.
