What you will do

• Coordinate and administer core talent management programs and processes.
• Assist in planning and organizing learning initiatives, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support employee engagement activities and development projects.
• Structure, document, and improve internal talent management and learning processes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership updates.
• Research and evaluate new digital tools, AI solutions, and market trends in HR.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, HR, Psychology, or related) until at least June 2027.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week alongside studies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in digital tools, automation, and AI technologies.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a flexible or hybrid environment.

• Prior experience in HR, consulting, project management, or student initiatives.
