TL;DR

People Advisor (EU): Develop and evolve employee relations case management systems using AI integration tools with an accent on manager enablement, data insights, and compliance. Focus on co-piloting performance, conduct, and probation cases, providing policy guidance, and ensuring timely resolutions across Europe.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona (must be based within commuting distance of our hubs)

What you will do

• Develop and evolve case management, data analysis, and manager enablement processes using AI tools.
• Co-pilot with managers on performance, conduct, probation cases, attendance, policy guidance, and terms changes.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and ensure consistent policy application across the region.
• Provide data insights, trend analysis, and early intervention flags.
• Optimize case efficiency and minimize timelines from open to resolution.
• Partner with People Team and business for smooth ER case delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with employee relations processes across Europe
• Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, especially performance and conduct.
• Curiosity to build AI-first approaches to workstreams.
• Strong judgement, structured processes, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to track ER matters accurately.
• English as official office language
