What you will do

• Partner with managers to support day-to-day people topics, team effectiveness, and organizational changes.
• Execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle in coordination with global Centers of Excellence.
• Manage performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent management programs for the assigned regions.
• Handle employee relations cases and ensure compliance with labor laws across Europe and Israel.
• Administer local benefits and manage relationships with external vendors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HRBP or Generalist in international environments.
• Mandatory strong knowledge of Spanish labor law.
• Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of European labor frameworks.
• Experience with HRIS, specifically Workday.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
