What you will do

• Lead the creation and evolution of scalable design systems that prioritize accessibility and visual consistency.
• Design high-quality, intuitive user interfaces tailored for diverse audiences, specifically older adults.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand teams to translate concepts into functional digital experiences.
• Develop prototypes, interaction flows, and visual concepts using Figma.
• Conduct design QA to ensure high fidelity between design and development.
• Participate in usability testing and refine interfaces based on user feedback and behavioral insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Proven experience as a UI or Visual Designer for digital products and design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in interface design and user-centered digital experiences.
