What you will do

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for tech transfer initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams within GMP environments.
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones to management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to tech transfer and GMP compliance.
  • Ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are met for GMP projects.
  • Support process validation and qualification activities.

Requirements

  • 1.5–2 years of experience in project management within GMP environments.
  • Experience in tech transfer projects, process validation, and qualification.
  • Experience with documentation management in regulated environments.
  • Academic degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
