What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate influencer, content creator, and B2B service agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from first draft and negotiation to execution and registry maintenance.
- Update Terms of Service and Privacy Policies to align with evolving product features.
- Ensure compliance with consumer protection standards and handle GDPR-related requests and DPAs.
- Provide legal input to the product team for new feature rollouts and handle user escalations.
- Coordinate and manage task flow with an external senior legal team for complex regulatory matters.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of legal experience in commercial and contracts work, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Demonstrable ability to draft and negotiate contracts independently.
- Solid working knowledge of GDPR and data protection fundamentals.
- Genuine familiarity with the gaming, esports, or content creator ecosystem.
- Ability to operate as a solo function and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically with influencer, content creator, or talent agreements.
- Familiarity with Valve’s IP policies, the Steam ecosystem, or skin trading platforms.
- Prior in-house experience.
- Experience with DocuSign or similar contract execution platforms.
