What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate influencer, content creator, and B2B service agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from first draft and negotiation to execution and registry maintenance.
• Update Terms of Service and Privacy Policies to align with evolving product features.
• Ensure compliance with consumer protection standards and handle GDPR-related requests and DPAs.
• Provide legal input to the product team for new feature rollouts and handle user escalations.
• Coordinate and manage task flow with an external senior legal team for complex regulatory matters.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of legal experience in commercial and contracts work, either in-house or at a law firm.
• Demonstrable ability to draft and negotiate contracts independently.
• Solid working knowledge of GDPR and data protection fundamentals.
• Genuine familiarity with the gaming, esports, or content creator ecosystem.
• Ability to operate as a solo function and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically with influencer, content creator, or talent agreements.
• Familiarity with Valve’s IP policies, the Steam ecosystem, or skin trading platforms.
• Prior in-house experience.
• Experience with DocuSign or similar contract execution platforms.
