What you will do

• Develop group structure strategies, including legal forms, ownership chains, and IP contours, while assessing tax and regulatory implications.
• Ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance and support licensing applications, particularly for VASP licenses.
• Draft and negotiate complex international contracts, including client, partnership, and vendor agreements.
• Manage account openings and maintain relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs, overseeing due diligence and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with multi-asset brokerage and crypto activities, coordinating litigation with external counsel.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Law (International, Corporate, or Finance law).
• 2+ years of experience in legal roles focusing on international financial services, brokerage, or VASP.
• Hands-on experience with crypto licensing (MiCA/CASP, VASP) and designing global structures.
• Proven experience in account opening and relationship management with financial institutions.
• English: Intermediate level required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification in Compliance or AML (ICA, ACAMS, CISI).
• Experience with CFD/FX brokers, MiFID II, or payments licensing.
• Experience launching entities in new locations and negotiating with regulators.
