What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and system integrations based on project specifications.
• Execute WSDOT data migrations and integrations to meet time and quality targets.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold team quality standards.
• Produce accurate project estimates with low variance.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to optimize development speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, T-SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering results in agile, client-facing professional services environments.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Ability to work remotely with asynchronous and European-timezone teams.
