What you will do

• Define and execute the digital marketing strategy to reach the goal of 1 million units sold by 2030.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performance digital marketing team to meet quarterly and yearly targets.
• Manage and coordinate brand image and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Plan and evaluate marketing expenses and ROI, making strategic adjustments based on data.
• Analyze marketing activity results and report directly to the company board.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading high-performance digital marketing teams.
• Experience implementing digital marketing strategies and improving sales funnels in international markets, especially the US.
• Deep expertise in performance ads, affiliates, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution modelling tools.
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen interest in brand building.
• Experience with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce business model.

Nice to have

• Experience and interest in sports, particularly golf.
