What you will do
- Develop and maintain site-level validation planning to ensure timely execution of validations and revalidations.
- Coordinate food safety-related validations for oPRPs and Critical Control Points (CCPs) based on HACCP risk analyses.
- Perform and maintain PRP-related validations, such as cleaning validation.
- Lead CIP and SIP validations directly linked to the effectiveness of CCPs.
- Improve validation-related procedures and documentation in alignment with QFS standards.
- Act as the site subject matter expert during internal and external audits.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in validation roles within a regulated food or medical nutrition manufacturing environment.
- Fluent English (speaking and writing) and proficient Dutch (B1-level) required.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Zoetermeer.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
